At Khasra No. 100, Mouza Mondha, Hingna taluka, Nagpur 441110, on the Outer Ring Road (MahaRERA map pin 21.0489, 78.9733). It is roughly 3 km from the Samruddhi Circle area where the Mumbai–Nagpur Samruddhi Mahamarg begins, about 10 km from Hingna MIDC and about 14 to 16 km by road from MIHAN.
When is possession at HoABL Nagpur Marina?
MahaRERA lists the proposed completion date as 30 April 2029 (revised from the original 31 December 2030). Possession of the developed plot follows completion as per your agreement for sale, so check the exact handover clause in the agreement you sign.
Can NRIs buy plots at HoABL Nagpur Marina?
Yes. Under FEMA, NRIs and OCI cardholders can buy residential plots in India without RBI approval (not agricultural land or farmhouses). Payment must be through an NRE/NRO/FCNR(B) account or inward remittance, a PAN is required, and you can sign through a registered power of attorney. The developer reports buyers from 10+ countries.
Is HoABL Nagpur Marina RERA registered? Any litigation or complaints?
Yes. It is registered with MahaRERA as PP1190002502095 (16 January 2026, Active). As of 26 September 2026 the MahaRERA page says there is no litigation against the project.
